Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Shipping

Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the destination. We are able to ship to the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. UPS is our shipping carrier of choice. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address, such as apartment numbers, for correct delivery. Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as shipping destination will be received by the customer. If the package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt. In the event customer makes any alteration to shipping address after package has been scanned into the UPS system, Creative Wedding Favors is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes made by the customer.

Some of our suppliers, fulfillment centers, or drop shippers may use Fed-Ex, DHL, or the U.S. Post Office, even though your order may indicate "UPS ground" as the shipping method. Creative Wedding Favors is not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping providers.

Canada: We can ship products to Canada. Creative Wedding Favors is not responsible for any brokerage fees a third party carrier may charge for importing an order into Canada. Creative Wedding Favors is also not responsible for any import taxes or tariffs the Canadian government may charge. By purchasing from Creative Wedding Favors you assume responsibility for any third party fees that may be charged.

International Orders: At this time, we cannot ship orders outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Unclaimed and Refused Shipments: Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Creative Wedding Favors will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee. Refused packages that are returned to Creative Wedding Favors will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Pennsylvania (6%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

Event Dates

Event dates are requested for informational purposes only. Creative Wedding Favors does not guarantee delivery by this date. Creative Wedding Favors makes every effort to deliver items by this date but is not responsible for items not delivered in time for this event date. By ordering from Creative Wedding Favors, you agree to these terms. For rush orders, please email us at customercare@creativeweddingfavors.com during normal business hours to check product availability. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Canceling or Changing Orders

You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. If your order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled. Orders with personalized items cannot be canceled.

Damages / Shortages

Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will send you replacements but refunds are not available for damaged items. Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

Returns

At Creative Wedding Favors we pride ourselves on quality products. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return the products to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original form and packaging. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days calculated from the UPS delivery date.

If you need to return an item, please email us at customercare@creativeweddingfavors.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You must email us your name, the original Creative Wedding Favors order number, the name and quantity of the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

When you receive an RMA number, you must post it clearly on the outside of the return package or box. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less the original shipping charges. The original shipping fees are not refundable. We must receive the return within 10 days from the day the RMA number is issued.

Please note that personalized products, perishable products, special order items, international orders, and sample favors are not returnable. Also, if the item code of the product begins with an FC (i.e. Favors-FC1901), we cannot accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders. Only returns of complete orders are allowed by this manufacturer - Fashion Craft. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

For your protection, we suggest using reliable shippers such as UPS or Fed Ex so that you can track your return package. Please email Creative Wedding Favors this tracking number to expedite your refund. We also suggest that you insure your return package to guarantee that we receive it without damage. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and fees associated with the return.

Backorders and Discontinued Items

Although we make every effort to keep our product selection current, occasionally a product may become discontinued or backordered without prior notice. If an item you have ordered becomes discontinued or backordered, you will be contacted with the option to exchange the product or to receive a full refund.
